At its core, this initiative aimed to revolutionize and simplify the agency’s approach to delivering examinations across both business and technical spheres.

Systems Integration Services for Space Management Enhancement project for a Government Agency

A prominent Government Agency aimed to optimize its real estate management processes and maximize cost savings by leveraging the capabilities of the new ARCHIBUS application. The agency sought to identify and manage available, occupied, and characterized spaces more effectively. To achieve this, they initiated the Space Management Enhancement project. The goal was to expand the functionality of space management, enabling quicker cost savings and streamlined real estate processes.

While working with our client and prior to FDA approval, the company was acquired by another enterprise of the same size. The new company recognized our reputation and potential and remained committed to the project.

Our client, a media company with subsidiaries providing cable services needed CGS’s service to develop a solution to improve their business operations by integrating their production process with customer behavior. They wanted us to assess their digital and mobile footprint by collecting valuable user data and customer’s interaction through their digital devices equipped with Bluetooth.

The client desired the new framework to be able to communicate to their cloud Customer Management System to share and receive what data is needed. So, we decided to partner with one of our group companies- Five Axioms. 

An innovative supply chain solution by standardizing Business processes

The client came to us with an ambitious goal in mind- to set up their global supply chain bringing together hundreds of plants and thousands of suppliers. The client’s demand/supply process was very decentralized and needed improvement at the plant level due to the lack of standardized processes. The business analysts, technical programming experts and data engineers at CGS leveraged SAP business intelligence tools, machine learning technology and applications of supply chain implementation engagement. We integrated the configurable analytics and dashboard applications enabling continuous monitoring of key analytics which enabled faster decision making and visualization of supply chain network. Thus, empowering planners to see real-world supply chain networks in digital form.
